SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carrier: USPS. To exchange your product, send us an email at raypammcc@msn.com or call or text us at (207) 485-4414 and we can provide you with additional instructions and an address to ship your item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and able to be refurbished. In layman's terms (Must show no sign of use). 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and proof of purchase. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. An exchange can apply for the same item you purchased, an item of equal value, or and be added as credit for an item of higher value, buyer is required to pay the difference.
